Company Overview

Bravestar Solution is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. We repair concrete and asphalt for homeowners, property managers, HOA boards, commercial properties, and general contractors in St. Lucie County and the South Florida communities we can serve well. We are a small company on purpose. When you call, you speak with the owner. When the work starts, the owner is on the job. That is how we keep communication clear and accountability simple.

About Bravestar Solution

Bravestar Solution was established in August 2024 in Port St. Lucie. The company grew out of the founder's years of hands-on pavement work in the U.S. Air Force, where concrete and asphalt repair was a daily responsibility performed to strict standards on airfields in the United States and overseas.

That background shapes how the company works today. Jobs are planned before they are started. Safety is briefed before work begins. The scope is written down before the first tool comes out. Customers hear from us in plain language, and they hear from the owner directly.

We serve the community we live in. Our customers are the property managers, homeowners associations, businesses, and homeowners of Port St. Lucie and St. Lucie County, and we work to earn their trust one repair at a time.

Leadership

Bravestar Solution is led by its founder and owner, Josue Saint-Juste, a U.S. Air Force veteran who served from 2014 to 2024 as a Pavements and Construction Equipment Craftsman. In that role he performed and supervised concrete and asphalt repairs, airfield pavement maintenance, and construction equipment operations at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland, Osan Air Base in South Korea, and Travis Air Force Base in California. His service included deployment work building and repairing roads and drainage, flood response that protected equipment and facilities, and hurricane relief work clearing debris at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida.
Josue brings practical pavement repair and equipment experience to every project. As owner, he focuses on clear estimates, careful preparation, and direct communication.
As the owner, he handles estimates, planning, and the work itself. Customers deal with one person who is responsible for the job from the first call to the final walkthrough.

How we got here

I started Bravestar Solution in August 2024. Before that, I spent close to 10 years in the U.S. Air Force doing this same work — repairing concrete, patching asphalt, and maintaining airfields in the United States, South Korea, and on deployment — to standards that left no room for shortcuts. I started this company to bring that same standard home to Port St. Lucie.

Meet the Owner and Military Experience

Hello, my name is Josue. I am ex-military, Air Force, and the proud owner of Bravestar Solution. I served close to 10 years as a civil engineer. I have had the honor to pave roads and airfields around the country and the world. I am really good at operating heavy equipment, demolition, concrete finishing, and road maintenance. I do things the right way, the first time. I am very disciplined, with a high level of integrity. When I give a quote, I make sure the quote is fair. Whether it is a sidewalk repair, a pothole patch, a driveway, or a small improvement project, we approach every job with the same mindset: do it with integrity and do it with pride. We care about our clients. We show up, we communicate clearly, and we treat each project like it is our own. Our principle is based on Love, Serve, and Care. Love the work. Serve the client. Care about the outcome. That means honest recommendations, fair quotes, clean job sites, and work that lasts. If you are looking for a contractor who values craftsmanship, accountability, and respect, we would be honored to earn your trust.

Our Approach

We plan before we start, and the scope is written down before the first tool comes out. Safety is briefed before work begins. We look for risks early — water, base condition, traffic, weather — and we tell you about them before they become problems. If something changes, you hear it from the owner directly. At the end, we walk the finished work with you and make sure it is right.

We plan before we start.

Every job begins with a site visit and a defined scope. We look at the damage, consider what caused it, and decide on the repair that fits the problem before we write the estimate.

We coordinate the moving parts.

Materials, equipment, scheduling, and site access are arranged ahead of time, so the work moves in an orderly way once it begins.

We stay accountable.

The owner is responsible for the job and is on site for the work. If something changes, the customer hears it from us directly.

We identify risks early.

We look for the things that can affect a repair, such as water drainage, base condition, traffic flow, and weather, and we raise them before they become problems.

We communicate clearly.

Customers get a written estimate, a defined scope, and plain-language updates. There are no surprises about what the work includes.

How We Are Organized.

Bravestar Solution uses a flexible project staffing model. The owner leads every job, and qualified help is brought in matched to the size and needs of each project. This keeps the company lean, keeps overhead down, and makes sure each job gets the hands it actually needs.

How a Project Moves: Our Seven Steps

You contact us. We visit and look at the damage. We write the scope and the estimate. You approve it. We schedule and prepare. We do the work and keep the site clean and safe. We walk it with you at the end and close it out right.

Step 1 — Initial Inquiry. You contact us by phone, email, or the quote form and describe what needs repair.

Step 2 — Site Assessment. We visit the property, look at the damage in person, take measurements, and note the conditions around the work area.

Step 3 — Scope Development. We define exactly what the repair will include, based on what the assessment showed.

Step 4 — Estimating. We prepare a clear written estimate tied to that defined scope, so you can review the full picture before deciding.

Step 5 — Scheduling and Preparation. Once approved, we schedule the work, arrange materials and equipment, and prepare the site, including traffic control where the work requires it.

Step 6 — Project Execution. We complete the repair as scoped, keep the site tidy and safe, and keep you informed while the work is under way.

Step 7 — Quality Review and Closeout. We walk the finished work, check it against the scope, correct anything that falls short, and close the project out with you.

Materials and Equipment, Planned Ahead

A repair is only as good as the materials in it and the timing that brings everything together. We plan procurement as part of the job, not as an afterthought.

We plan material needs during estimating, so quantities are based on the actual scope. We select suppliers appropriate to the material and the job, and we coordinate delivery timing so materials arrive when the work is ready for them. Equipment for each job is arranged in advance, whether that means scheduling rentals or lining up the right tools for the repair. When a disruption happens, such as a delayed delivery or a weather change, we adjust the schedule and tell the customer what changed and why.

This planning protects the customer. It keeps jobs from stalling halfway, keeps materials from sitting and spoiling, and keeps the finished repair consistent from the first section to the last.

Quality Management

Quality in repair work is built step by step. It starts with preparation: the damaged material is removed properly and the base is checked and prepared before new material goes in. It continues with material selection, using the right material for the repair and the conditions it will face. It shows in workmanship, in how the repair is placed, finished, and compacted or cured.

We inspect our own work as we go and again at the end of the job. When we find something that falls short, we correct it. When a job teaches us something, we carry that lesson into the next one. That cycle of preparation, inspection, correction, and improvement is the system behind every repair we deliver.

Working With Our Customers

Good repair work and good communication belong together. Our customers receive a clear written estimate and a defined scope before work begins, so expectations are set in writing from the start. During the job, we coordinate with property operations, working around tenants, customers, and daily routines as much as the repair allows. At the end of the job, we walk the work with the customer and close the project out properly.

Our goal is a relationship that continues after the job is done. When the next repair comes up, we want to be the first call, and we work on every job to earn that.

ESG Commitment

We repair instead of replace when a repair will truly hold. We use only the materials the job needs, we protect the areas around the work, and we leave every site clean. We support veterans and local workers, and we stay accountable to our clients and our community.

What we are doing: We reduce waste, repair instead of replace when practical, choose materials with long-term performance in mind, support veterans and local workers, and follow the requirements that apply to our work.

How we are doing it: We plan each job carefully, use only the materials needed for the approved scope, protect surrounding areas, keep sites clean, communicate clearly, document decisions, and review the quality of our work.

Why we are doing it: Responsible repairs help protect land, water, workers, customers, and community spaces. Strong environmental, social, and governance practices build safer communities, stronger relationships, and lasting trust.
